The Psychology of Winning





Quality 1:  Positive Self-Expectancy 
"Life is a self fulfilling prophecy. True winners go into every event expecting to win."

Always think in a positive way. Think that whatever you put your mind to you could do it. Say that you will finish what you put your mind to. Be confident in everything you do. Meet a goal could be get a job, get good grades, or even do your homework on time. Always have good and positive things on mind. Don't only think about the negative things. Don't stop what you are doing only because you might think that it will end up bad. Also don't let good opportunities go because you think you will never achieve them. Do things and expect to win not to lose. It's okay to lose just think positive. That next time when you do it again you will win. Think good about yourself. Don't think negative. When you think positive life will always be much better. In the other hand when you think negative it will just be bad. Always do the right thing and choose the right. Never choose the wrong. Always have a positive mind set.


                           


Quality 2: Positive Self-Motivation 
"True winners dig deep and find motivation inside themselves to get through that tough task or to learn a new skill."

You have to always motivate yourself to everything you do. Don't give up becalms you say you can't do things. Motivate yourself until you finish and accomplish what you do. Never bring yourself down. Also don't say your not going to do things because you would not know how to accomplish it. Begin things and say that everything would go on fine and that you will finish them fine. For example on a test don't over think that you are going to do bad. Think that everything would be fine and at the end things will go on fine. For the most part if you think things will go bad they will go bad. When you think you say your going to do bad on a test and you just want to get it over with. You will then not put hat much effort on the test. If you do not know a question think positive and guess. It will be much better then don't putting anything. Don't think that you will get a bad grade because you do not know anything. You will go far if you think far. If you think what you want to accomplish in life go and accomplish them. Don't let nothing stop you from accomplishing you goals and dreams. Do things knowing that you will feel proud for the things you do. Remember to always CTR and never CTW.




Quality 3: Positive Self-Image
True winners are confident and view themselves as competent, valuable human beings.
You always have to be confident of yourself.  Never think negative about yourself. Always try to put the bad things aside and think of the good things. Accept that you have flaws and that you are a human being. Don't change nothing and just learn to  accept imperfections. The important part is that you should never bully yourself in anyway or form.  Never feel guilty for things that are beyond your control. You should only feel guilty when you know that you did something wrong. A healthy self image is when you learn to accept who you are. When you feel confident in whatever you do. Avoid all the negative talks because at the end of the day what matters is what you think. Set challenges for yourself and always take care of yourself. Always connect with people that love you. Always try to replace criticism with encouragement. Think positive about life and yourself. You will only achieve your goal and go far in you have confidences about yourself. Try to always CTR and not CTW.  




Quality 4: Positive Self-Direction
You gotta have direction if you are going to go anywhere. True winners know where they are going. Their sense of direction comes from the self and not from outside influences like parents or friends.

When you want to accomplish goals you have to know what you have to do to achieve them. You always have to look in the positive side and say that you will achieve things. You did to learn whats bad and what is wrong. For example always say no to bad things. Say yes to all the good things that will pass through your life.  You should learn all the goals you want to achieve. Always think why things are so significant in life. Always see were you are and what have you achieved so far. Motivate yourself and think you are always going to do fine. Say to yourself good and positive things. Never bring yourself down. Then do your best to achieve things.Remember to always CTR and no CTW.

Quality 5: Positive Self-Control
Total winners can sacrifice immediate pleasure for a gain in the future. Delayed gratification is of immense value in reaching your goals.


Self- control is an aspect of inhibitory control. It is the ability to regulate one's emotions, thoughts, and behavior in the face of temptations and impulses. For Example concept in psychology is emotional self- regulation. Self- control is like a muscle. You are the only one that control yourself. Your the one to decide what is wrong and what is right. Think of things before you do something. Hold yourself back if you think it is something bad that you are about to do. Stop and think what could happen and say to yourself if it is right. If you are going to do something be determined to finish it. balance yourself and don't get stress over something. Never get stressed over something, but try to challenge yourself. Remember to always do what you think is best for you. Always choose the right and never the wrong.

Quality 6: Positive Self-Discipline
You have to discipline yourself or else someone else will discipline you into doing what they want you to do. Total winners have the power to discipline and take control of their lives.

You get to to pick what you want to learn in life. Self control is a sign of inner strength and control of yourself.  You could also control your actions and reactions you do or take. Self discipline gives you the power to stick to your decisions and follow them through, without changing your mind, and is therefore, one of the important  requirements for achieving goals. You have to put your mind to what you want to achieve. Learn to achieve everything you put your mind up too. When you get a goal try to achieve. Don't change your mind and them move on to the next goal. Always stick to one goal and move on to the other one when you achieve it. Self control is the ability to control yourself and make yourself work hard. Self discipline is something you do that you know is good. That your able to do it without no one telling you to do it. Your the one that will always control what you do. Just remember to always do things that are best for you. Just remember to always choose the right and never the wrong. 



Quality 7: Positive Self-Esteem
Your mood and outlook on life affect the way you see the world and how you interact in it. Total winners are positive, powerful people who make people feel good and provide a good vibe to those around him/her.

You always have to thin positive about everything you do. You are the one that gets to deiced how you feel everyday. Good self esteem is people are not worried about what other people say. Instead you should bring people up and make them feel better. Say something good to them. With those words you say you could probably make there day. Its better to have a nice day instead of a bad day. Make and feel yourself proud of everything you do. Don't think or stop doing something because you might not be good at it. Say that you could and just do it. Don't worry also of what other people might say. If something makes you happy then do it. Also make other people want to hang out with you. Be kind understand the. Remember to always choose the right and never the wrong.

 Quality 8: Positive Self-Dimension
Total winners like in the present. They know that now is all there is. They don’t get caught up in the past or worry about the future. They simply handle the business that they can handle which is the stuff going on today, now.

Don't worry so much about the things that happen in the past. Think about the things that are happening in the future. Set goals that you want to accomplish. Instead of thinking of goals that you could not accomplish. See what is in front of you. Think what will help you later on. Don't waste your time about the things you could of accomplish. Also don't think about returning time to make things better. Look at were you stand and say to yourself if you like were you are. If you do keep on doing what your doing. If you don't like it then try to change things. Do stuff that are in your present not your past. Spend your time on things that will help you and most important think about what you are doing. Time will never come back or neither buy. So take care of things will you have time.

Quality 9: Positive Self-Awareness

Total winners are aware of their power. They understand that they can be anything with enough effort and determination.


Self awareness is to always be aware of everything you are accomplishing. If you put your mind to something you know you are going to accomplish. To put a goal and reach for it.  Always put effort in everything you do. Tell your self that you are determined to finish what you started. You have the power to choose what you would like to accomplish in life. Your dreams and goal are only yours. If you don't accomplish them then who will. Always be self aware that there will be hard obstacles to go through in life. You are going to put effort to get out of those obstacles. Self Awareness is having a clear perception of your personality including strengths, weakness, or even emotions. Always think positive about your self. Never think negative or that your not able to do something. Remember to always choose the right and never the wrong.

Quality 10: Positive Action
Total winners take positive action in their business and with their friends and family. They are uplifting and motivating individuals who inspire the best from themselves and other


You do positive action, then you will receive positive actions back. They help you a lot to think about the world a better way. They help you think that things will be much easier. Do things that will help you later on in life. For example make a new friend or help someone that needs help. You will feel much better because you helped  someone but you did something good. You did not think of helping them and you just helped them. Always think in help others without being told. Positive action teaches you to think better about life. To see the world in a better way. If you think positive you will not have to worry about anything because you know you will be fine. Something you should not do is bad stuff that later on you will see it was bad. For example don't do drugs or any of that bad stuff. Positive action is when an employer takes steps to help or encourage certain groups of people with different needs. Also people who are disadvantaged in some way in working or training. Always see what is right for you and just choose the right and never the wrong.
